    Shipping Destinations
    We ship internationally.
    At present, we accept and process orders to the following regions:
    • European Union countries
    • United Kingdom
    • United States
    • Japan
    • Canada

    Orders placed within European Union countries will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
    Orders placed in the United Kingdom, United States, Japan, and Canada will be shipped from the respective local warehouse in each country.
    For certain products that may require shipment from our warehouse in China, the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout shall apply.
    Delivery times shown at checkout are for reference only and may vary depending on location, carrier, customs clearance, and other external factors.

    Shipping Cost
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
