TINMORRY Carbon Fiber Polypropylene 3D Printer Filament, Heat-resistant PP-CF 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm, Lightweight & Durability, Compatible with Bambu FDM 3D Printer, Net Weight 700g 1 Spool, Frosted Black
Printing Tips: 1. Print Temperature: 230-280 °C, Bed Temperature: 80-110 °C, Print Speed: 30-100 mm/s. 2. For better printing quality, please use special glue for PP Filament to prevent non-stick platforms or warped edges. (Recommend to use Magigoo 3D Printer Adhesive Glue.) 3. Please use hardened steel nozzles (≥0.4 mm) instead of ordinary brass nozzles.
Good heat resistance: Compared with ordinary PP materials, PP-CF 3d printing filament has better heat resistance. It can maintain stable physical properties even in high temperature environments and will not soften or deform easily.
High strength and stiffness: The addition of carbon fiber significantly improves the strength and rigidity of the material. It is suitable for printing models that need to withstand large external forces. It can maintain a stable shape and is not easy to deform or be damaged.
Low density and light weight: With a density of only 0.94g/cm³, PP-CF 3d printer filament 1.75mm can maintain high strength while being lightweight, making it very suitable for printing aerospace models, drones, lightweight robot structural components, etc.
Exceptional chemical resistance: PP-CF has good tolerance to many common organic solvents, acid, and alkali solutions, which prolongs the service life of the printed parts and makes it suitable for printing models in the chemical industry.
